華亭市：蔬菜村的幸福模樣

　　時下，走進華亭市安口鎮朱家坡村的蔬菜大棚，綠油油的西紅柿拔地而起，皮薄瓤甜的香瓜長勢喜人，綠葉掩映下的草莓散發出誘人的香氣……



　　“2月初，大棚里的草莓陸續上市，一個棚能收入五六萬元?！闭诿β档摹安葺_人”朱興明高興地說。



　　“我們的草莓最大特點就是不施化肥，不打農藥，味道香甜，營養價值高?！敝炫d明介紹說，因為是純綠色、無污染，所以備受消費者青睞，往往還未等到出棚，就被游客和商家預訂一空。



　　“去年收入了40多萬元?！闭f起依靠大棚經濟走上致富之路，朱興明臉上溢滿了甜蜜的笑容。



　　和朱興明一樣，如今的朱家坡村，大棚經濟已經成為村里的支柱產業，村民的日子越過越紅火，越來越甜蜜。



　　“我們村現有日光溫室14座、蔬菜拱棚124座，全部采用綠色無公害栽種方式，施用農家肥，種植甜瓜、圣女果、黃瓜等溫室果蔬，村民的錢袋子都鼓了起來?！痹摯妩h支部書記孔彥榮告訴記者，目前，全村60%的村民從事果蔬產業，戶均增收5000元以上。



　　為持續推動蔬菜產業高質量發展，華亭市制定出臺《設施蔬菜產業鏈實施方案》，圍繞做大做強做精設施蔬菜產業，全力推進蔬菜育苗集約化、蔬菜產業園區化、高原夏菜規?；?、蔬菜生產標準化、蔬菜市場多元化、蔬菜產業農旅融合化、蔬菜產品綠色化、蔬菜加工精深化進程，在全市大力實施片帶建設、品質提升、市場拓展、品牌打造、農旅融合“五大建設行動”。



　　“在設施蔬菜產業帶建設上，以朱家坡村蔬菜基地為中心，向馬家堡村、吳家堡村等周邊村社輻射，集中打造千畝設施蔬菜集中連片試驗示范種植帶?！笨讖s說，同時，還發展休閑采摘，示范開展無土栽培、新品種新技術集成推廣應用、病蟲害綠色防控技術應用、水肥一體化設施，建設蔬菜初加工包裝車間、尾菜發酵漚肥設施，配套冷藏庫、冷藏車等，形成一體化、全鏈條的發展新格局。



　　借著全市蔬菜產業帶和產業鏈發展的東風，朱家坡村按照“黨組織+合作社+農戶”的發展模式，成立朱家坡村綠色蔬菜專業合作社，發展黨員致富帶頭人15名，引導110戶群眾以土地入股及出資人入股方式流轉土地500畝，帶動全村60%群眾參與果蔬產業發展，戶均蔬菜增收5000元。



　　火車跑得快，全靠車頭帶。朱家坡村日益壯大的蔬菜產業，也吸引著越來越多的年輕人回鄉創業?！敖衲晡矣媱澰俪邪?0個棚?！?8歲的村民魯志剛曾經在外地打工，去年看到家鄉發展的越來越好，便回鄉承包了10座溫室大棚。



　　“村上給我們年輕人提供了很多機會，在村黨支部的幫助下，我學到了很多果蔬種植方面的知識，去年年收入10萬元，比在外打工掙得多?！濒斨緞傂χf。



　　借助蔬菜產業，在外創業的年輕人回來了，鄉村振興的后勁也更足了。



　　朱家坡村黨支部想方設法為干事創業的年輕人提供便利條件，積極幫助他們以土地、資金、勞動力入股蔬菜合作社，就地承包大棚種植果蔬，帶動年輕人融入家鄉產業發展，過上幸福生活。



　　如今，漫步朱家坡村，棚里綠意盎然，棚外屋舍儼然，村民或忙碌在蔬菜基地，或休閑在林蔭樹下，處處一派幸福的模樣。
