My Raw food diet Testimonial

You only have to look around to see that something is terribly wrong with our society and health in general. We're getting fatter and sicker, and it's either affecting us directly or our friends and loved ones.
Our food industry is producing low quality food, and food that is also dangerous when stuffed with antibiotics and chemicals. Is this the food our bodies need after many millenia of evolution?
I switched to a raw food diet about a year and a half ago. My diet is not a vegan diet as I do still eat unprocessed meats and dairy products. I get plenty of protein from nuts, beans, chicken, soy etc. I get all my nutritional needs from herbs, nuts, plants and grains.
I have lost a lot of weight (15 lbs) over the last year or so, and honestly, I only integrated the raw food diet recipes very slowly into our families meals.
Our family seems healthier and more vibrant in general with less allergies and stomach complaints. I don't think I'll give up meat or eggs entirely (you don't have to), but incorporating most of the principles of a Raw Food diet into your daily life has already had massive benefits.
