Hello and thank you for your interest in us, we feel like rock stars

There are 3 of us that work on fatburn-secrets.com: Me (Timothy), my wife (Sara) and my good pal and workmate, Marcus; and of course a couple of very talented guest authors too.

I administer the Website and Email list, while Sara and Marcus write a lot of the content and keep up to date with the latest happenings in the Health & Fitness industry.

All three of us have backgrounds in the Health sector although if I must admit it I'm the one who has battled the most with weight issues - mostly due to incorrect diet.

My story: The funny thing is (depending on which side of this conversation you are) that even though I have worked as a fitness instructor for many years I gradually began putting on more and more weight each year until things culminated about 2 years ago just before my wedding.

Prior to that particular time in my life I had tried my fair share of fat loss products and fad diets. And I don't think I need to tell you that my time and money investment was spectacularly non-eventful.

And then the pressure was on.
I wanted to look great for my wedding (nobody wants to look at unflattering wedding photos for the rest of their lives) and I was under a lot of pressure at work.
A chubby gym instructor?! Yeah, you see the dilemma.
( I honestly believe that if I wasn't so good with the clients my boss would have let me go a long time ago.)

You see it wasn't that I was lazy, if anything I was probably overtraining. It's just that I was intolerant to certain food (some of them are even called "healthy foods") and quite ignorant about smart food choices. Simply put: I lacked good information.

The turning Point: Without a doubt the program that turned things around for me was Isabel's Diet Solution Program. I had my lightbulb moment as far as nutrition and correct eating goes. It's not about eating less, or even cutting out tasty foods, but rather eating smart and finding the correct foods for YOUR metabolism.

Of course that's what worked for me, every individual is different.
I still maintain that the best way to burn fat is a combination of smart food choices and regular exercise.
